Consciousness is the ground of awareness from which every decision, relationship and action arises. Most leadership development stops at behaviour and skill; we start one layer deeper — with how aware, present and awake a leader actually is.
Spirituality, as we use the word, is not religious doctrine. It is a leader's lived connection to purpose, values and something larger than personal gain — the same soil that Dharma, Nishkama Karma and Lokasangraha grow from.
Spiritual intelligence is the practical skill built on that ground: the capacity to act from meaning, hold complexity with equanimity, and lead in ways that serve both the organisation and the wider world.
